| I caught this fish with Darren Rist on Saturday, June 18th in the West Branch of the Delaware. It was down by the Oil Derrick pool in the PA Game Lands. There were all these sulphurs hatching but I caught it on a small black caddis. We saw the fish rise and I got it on the first cast I floated over it. It took me almost 20 minute to get it into the net and up on the boat. Darren actually jumped out of the boat and netted it in the water. This picture was taken at 8:43 p.m. The fish measured 23 inches long. I was too excited to get the girth |
